A second teenager has appeared in court charged with raping a 65-year-old woman, and aggravated burglary.
The attack happened at her home in Marton, Middlesbrough, on 29 September.
Lee Michael Beazley, 19, of Dalcross Court, Hemlington, Middlesbrough, appeared at Teesside Magistrates' Court today.
David Humphrey, 19, of Deepdale Avenue, Middlesbrough, has also been charged with the same offences. Both men were remanded in custody.
A Cleveland Police spokesman said a third man arrested on Saturday had been eliminated from inquiries.
A 30-year-old woman, arrested on suspicion of handling stolen goods, had also been released unconditionally and a 19-year-old woman also arrested on suspicion of handling stolen goods has been released on bail.
