TIM LAMB has been appointed general manager of Eldon Square Shopping Centre, in Newcastle.
The 44-year-old joined Capital Shopping Centres in May as operations manager.
His promotion comes at the start of a £170m redevelopment programme for Eldon Square.
His career spans 26 years and he has previously worked as general manager with Healthcall and in management roles with Rentokil, Porsche Cars and the Mill Garages Group.
Mr Lamb is a member of Newcastle Education Business Partnership, and until recently was chairman of governors at Coquet Park First School, Whitley Bay, North Tyneside.
