A MUSIC festival will hit all the right notes next month, thanks to a line-up of top talent.
The annual extravaganza staged throughout the Easington District promises an array of live acts and musical styles, including folk, jazz, blues, rock and brass bands.
Highlights of the festival will include a ceilidh with folk artists Benny and Chuck, rock band Monument, country singers Wrangler and the Ray Chester Big Band.
The Dale Sosimi Afrobeat Orchestra will add an international flavour to the festival.
Budding musicians, singers and dance lovers will be able to participate in a variety of events, such as the steel pan taster sessions, an Afrobeat workshop and festival tea dances and singalongs.
Performances will be held from Saturday, October 1 until Wednesday, November 9, at venues around the district.
Easington council's chairman, Councillor Joyce Maitland said: "I'm sure festival goers will enjoy the wonderful performances given at the different venues.''
