A WIDE range of buildings will open to the public in Darlington.
One of the most popular tours is of Darlington Clock Tower.
Because of safety restrictions, only a few people are allowed.
This year, places were taken within ten minutes of becoming available on August 1.
Groups of four will be taken on a tour of the clock tower on Sunday.
The bells were made by Warner and Sons, which cast Big Ben.
People who missed the clock tower tour can still see some interesting historic bells at St Cuthbert's Church.
The church belfry is open from 2pm to 4pm on Sunday and visitors can view bells which date from the 14th Century.
The one-tonne bells are described as Darlington's heaviest musical instruments and are still hand-rung.
There will also be demonstrations of bell-ringing.
