A warrant without bail was issued yesterday after a man accused of taking pictures of a woman without her consent failed to turn up at court. Trevor Tarirah, 30, from Reading, Berkshire, faces two counts of theft and taking images and recordings of a woman in a private act without her consent. South Durham Magistrates' Court heard that the incidents are alleged to have happened on a train between Reading and Darlington. The case is expected to be committed to Teesside Crown Court
