BIRDS of prey will be in flight at a free fun day on Bank Holiday Monday.
Durham County Council's countryside rangers are staging an environmental family day at Waldridge Fell Country Park, near Chester-le-Street, from noon to 3pm.
As well as birds of prey demonstrations, there will be a countryside crafts display, mini-beast hunt, nature games, kite and mask making and face painting.
