All have, or will be opening by the end of the month, with three new to Durham and Cartridge World re-locating from previous premises in Claypath.
The Millburngate premises is the Shoe Zone chain's 357th outlet, among 30 opening in its latest wave of footwear stores.
MOJI is a newsagent, coffee shop and sandwich store, while Start Fitness provides a range of sporting goods for active beginners to professional athletes, while also supplying nutritional products.
Cartridge World offers a re-fill service for inkjet and remanufactured laser toner cartridges, also supplying paper, photo paper, printers and blank CDs and DVDs, and also offering a collection and delivery service.
