A housing development in Darlington is likely to be approved by councillors.
Alexander Developments has applied to the borough council for consent to build 15 apartments and five houses on the Builder's Yard site, in Throstlenest Avenue.
The one-bedroom apartments would be in a three-storey building and the houses would be two-storey.
No objections have been received by the town hall's planning department.
Council officers are urging planning committee members to support the proposals when they meet on Wednesday.
A report to councillors says: "The introduction of a three-storey apartment block raises no planning issues in this location.
"Although taller than neighbouring residential properties to the north, the apartment building is comparable in height and scale to nearby industrial/warehouse buildings.
