Solicitor STEPHEN GOWLAND, of Durham firm ILS Solicitors has been appointed to the National Council of the Institute of Legal Executives (Ilex). Mr Gowland, who is chairman of the Newcastle branch, said: "I feel very privileged to be representing the North East on the Ilex Council."
