World premiere of battle show: THE world premiere of Trafalgar will open at Saltburn Theatre on Wednesday, for four nights. Commemorating the 200th anniversary of the Battle of Trafalgar, it is based on the life and times of Horatio Nelson. It features modern music, portrays 68 characters and covers 35 years of history. WOMAN HURT: A woman lost control of her car and hit a stone wall at Brotton Cemetery yesterday. The 59-year-old was taken to the James Cook University Hospital with a broken leg and ankle and internal injuries following the accident in Kilton Lane at 1pm. Witnesses are asked to call (01642) 301558.
PET MISSING: A teenager is appealing for information after her dog went missing. The steel grey and tan Yorkshire terrier, called Kizzy, went missing from Charlotte Eaton's home in Rievaulx Way, Guisborough. Anyone with information is asked to call (01287) 639385.
ART SHOW: Saltburn Community and Arts Association will hold its annual art show at Saltburn Community Hall tomorrow.
