RESIDENTS are being asked to keep a look-out for a gang of youths on bicycles who are suspected of committing crimes across Darlington.
The appeal was issued by police following a burglary at the weekend, which comes after a spate of similar incidents.
A number of residents have reported having their cars or garages broken into and seeing a small group of young men riding off on bicycles.
The latest incident was on Saturday, between 10am and 10.25am, when two bicycles were stolen from a garage in Norwich Grove.
The complainant said he saw a gang of youths riding away on bikes, along with the bicycles they had stolen.
