FANCY dress characters took over Stockton's Preston Park during a fundraising walk for a children's charity.
The 14th annual Yellow Brick Road walk took place yesterday and is The Children's Foundation's biggest annual event.
The charity, based in the North-East, organised events including giving Harry Potter wannabies the chance to learn magicians' secrets.
Youngsters and fundraisers were treated to magic workshops, live music and dancing, jugglers, face-painting, a bouncy castle and fire brigade demonstrations.
Claire Rivers, of The Children's Foundation, said: "It was a fantastic event to raise much-needed funds to help The Children's Foundation improve youngsters' health in North-East England."
