A PHOTOGRAPHIC review of the year's events in Bishop Auckland town centre will be displayed in a supermarket until the end of the month.
Asda in Bishop Auckland will host the exhibition, giving visitors the chance to relive some of the most memorable days in the town's calendar.
Pictures will include the switching on of the Christmas lights, the Celebrate the 1940s event and the recent Doggarts exhibition. There will also be images of the town's food festival, classic car show and motor show, which were all organised by the Bishop Auckland Town Centre Forum. The photographs will be on display until Wednesday, August 31.
The Bishop Auckland Town Forum has also arranged several more events over the next few months, including the Bishop Auckland Motor Show on Friday, Castles by the Castle and the teddy bears' picnic on Tuesday, August 23, and many festivities over the Christmas period.
Seven motor dealers are lined up for next week's motor show and organisers say the event is bigger and better.
Town centre manager Derek Toon said: "The first year we had about 15 cars, this time there will be about 44."
