CARE service company the Phoenix Medical Group has made two appointments.
The appointments of LYNNE JOSS as business development manager and KELLY NASH as sales supervisor bring the total number of staff at Phoenix's Middlesbrough head office to 28.
Ms Joss has 33 years' experience in the care industry, the past eight in senior management in operations and training.
She will promote the Phoenix Group in the North-East.
Ms Nash, previously a call centre manager in charge of 100 staff, will supervise sales personnel and develop sales and customer care training.
The changes come shortly before Phoenix opens its first branch office, at Filey, North Yorkshire on August 1. There are plans to open a second branch office in Selby.
Phoenix, which was formed as a nursing agency, provides care services and has about 600 staff.
