A SHARP-EYED seven-year-old is the toast of a town's traders after winning a family outing.
Corrina Farthing was one of the youngest entrants in a competition organised by Bishop Auckland Town Centre Forum for its Forties celebrations. She correctly spotted eight out of ten items hidden among displays in shop, caf and salon windows.
Her prize was a day out at Harperley Prisoner of War Camp with her brother Scott, nine, sister Stacie, ten, and grandparents Richard and Helyn Paton. The family, from Newfield, near Willington, were shown around the camp's huts, including the old theatre, watched a film made by an ex- prisoner and treated to lunch.
