A SHARP-eyed seven-year-old is the toast of a town's traders after winning a family outing.
Corrina Farthing was one of the youngest entrants in a competition organised by Bishop Auckland Town Centre Forum for their 1940s celebrations.
She correctly spotted eight out of 10 items hidden amongst displays in shop, caf and salon windows.
Her prize was a day out at Harperley Prisoner of War Camp with her brother Scott, nine, sister Stacie, ten, and grandparents Richard and Helyn Paton.
The family, from Newfield, near Willington, were shown around the camp, watched a film made by a former prisoner and were treated to lunch in the caf.
Town centre manager Derek Toon and Sue Snowdon, chairwoman of the forum's marketing group, presented the children with goodie bags.
