A STOCKTON man who has persistently flouted the conditions of his anti-social behaviour order has been sentenced to two months in prison for his latest breach.
Stephen Sparrow was arrested after he was found at an address he is prohibited from visiting - his fifth breach in less than 12 months.
The 19-year-old, of Keithlands Avenue, was discovered asleep at the house in Melksham Square in the town after he had been locked out of his sister's home, where he was supposed to be staying.
District Judge Stephen Earl accepted the breach was not the most serious offence, but maintained custody was the solution.
He said: "What concerns me about this, is that it is seen as but another breach. It is a breach of his own fault.
"It is not the worst breach, but it is one in a series of continuing series of breaches."
Sparrow was also given a 28-day concurrent sentence for breaching the conditions of his parole licence.
