BIG-hearted teenagers who climbed the equivalent of Mount Everest raised almost £2,350 for Macmillan Cancer Relief.
The nine students from Stokesley Sixth Form College hiked to the top of Roseberry Topping 16 times in a row. Philip Askins, Paul Bastin, Ed Cutler, Mark Greenhalgh, Chris Harrison, Daniel Jarvis, Ben Mason, Jasmin Patel and Richard Stokes completed their arduous trek in just over 11 hours.
The charity's fundraising manager, Wilma Burniston, said: "This is a tremendous achievement. To have a group of such young and enthusiastic individuals willing to climb 16 times up Roseberry Topping means an enormous amount to Macmillan."
