A DYNAMIC team of fitness instructors has proved they've brains as well as brawn.
Five staff at the Bodyzone Fitness Centre in Guisborough have notched up National Vocational Qualifications in their quest to be fit for business.
Centre manager, Paul Shanks, 23, has gained NVQ level three in management and level two in gym coaching.
Colleagues Carl Wesson, 20, Catherine Anchors, 21, Gemma Parry, 17, and Amanda Carver, 17, have all landed level two gym coaching qualifications.
They were helped by City Centre Training and Tees Valley TEC
