YOUNGSTERS in Eston had a splashing time yesterday - and raised money for a children's charity.
Most of the youngsters, ranging in age from babes in arms to five-year-olds were from Eston Sports Centre's mother and toddler group.
But the event was also open to members of the public.
The tots had to swim a width of the baby pool to raise money for Tommy's Campaign.
The national charity aims to give babies the best start in life, and funds research into premature and still birth.
A spokesman for the pool said: "The youngsters all had a splashing time and helped a good cause as well."
He said each child managed to raise between £80 and £100 through sponsorship.
