TWO suspects are being sought by police after they attempted to steal a fruit machine from a Darlington bar.
The men hauled the machine out of the fire doors at Berlins, in Grange Road, at about 11.10pm on Wednesday, but it was later found intact.
One of the men was described as a white male, aged 19 to 20, approximately 5ft 10in, and of medium build. He had fair hair, which was short at the sides, but longer on top. The man was wearing a white Fred Perry jacket, cream trousers and Nike Air Max trainers.
His accomplice was also a white male of the same age and build, but about 5ft 11in.
He was wearing a green and orange Newcastle United Football Club shirt, light blue jeans and a white cap. He also had a black eye.
