CYCLISTS will be taking part in a Ride For Health event over the weekend.
The seven-mile cycle around Darlington is being held by the borough council and County Durham and Darlington Health Authority, to promote cycling as a healthy and fun way to keep fit.
During the ride, on Sunday, cyclists will be guided and marshalled over any roads which need crossing.
Cyclists will leave Darlington Town Hall forecourt at 2pm and return at approximately 3pm in time to see much of the second day of Darlington Community Carnival.
