A STONY-FACED man with flowing locks blowing in the wind has taken residence in Tow Law.
The face, divided into two, with the other half depicting a miner and symbols of the region, is part of a sculpture staring down the valley from the town's Millennium Green, which will be officially unveiled tomorrow.
