A HUSBAND and wife have been banned from company management for seven years.
Robin Pratt, 42, and Leigh Pratt, 48, of Mariner's Court, Hartlepool, were disqualified at Middlesbrough County Court from management of limited companies.
The couple were directors of Tradetheme Ltd and Aimquote Ltd, Hartlepool, providing Mr Pratt's services as a mechanical engineer.
The court found that matters of unfit conduct included trading to the detriment of the Crown while drawing personal benefits, failing to maintain adequate accounting records and failing to cooperate with the official receiver.
The deficiency in Tradetheme accounts was £58,920 and in Aimquote £25,973.
