STUDENTS at Queen Elizabeth Sixth Form College, Darlington, are arranging a film theme night as part of their GNVQ advanced leisure and tourism course.
They come up with the idea after being asked to produce feasibility studies for different events they were interested in organising.
The film theme night will be held next Thursday, July 6, at the Rolling Mills Social Club, in Longfield Road, Darlington, from 7.30pm until 11.20pm.
As part of the entertainment there will be a buffet, raffle and quiz, and a prize will be given for the best fancy dress costume.
Tickets will cost £5 and a donation will be made to the Paediatric Trust Fund at Darlington Memorial Hospital. For more information telephone (01325) 461315
