AN innovative new Teesside company has grand designs for other companies and organisations in the Tees Valley.
Stockton-based Natural Artlines has launched a picture loans and purchasing service so that businesses can use art in a flexible and affordable way.
The company offers a wide range of artwork for hire on a monthly or longer basis at a fraction of their actual value, with the option to purchase at any time. Prices for the hire start at £4 a month.
"I wanted to create a way for businesses and individuals to be able to use art in a cost-effective and accessible way," said Wendy Thompson, an artist and owner of Natural Artlines.
"Using art in any environment not only brightens up the surrounding area, it can also lift peoples' spirits and help create a pleasant atmosphere."
Wendy is an accomplished artist who studied art and design at Cleveland College of Art. She has created the whole range of artworks available for hire.
She has received help from Business Link Tees Valley.
An exhibition of artworks for Natural Artlines is at The Rotunda Gallery, the University of Durham, Stockton Campus. Artworks can be viewed at www.natural-artlines.freeserve.co.uk or contact the firm on (01642) 895251.
