WHEN Grace Trevathan's husband throws himself off of a Cornish cliff, she realises that all he's left her is a mountain of debts.
But when all seems lost, her under-employed groundsman reveals that ounce for ounce weed is worth more than gold. So out go her orchids and in comes the marijuana hydroponics bay.
While growing it is one thing, turning a nave middle-class housewife into a small time drug dealer selling to big-time crooks is quite another. Saving Grace (15) shows nightly at Redcar's Regent Cinema at 7.15pm.
This Sunday evening's special, Rosetta, tells of a girl living in a caravan with her alcoholic mother while dreaming of a decent job.
