NEW dusk to dawn lights are to be installed on a Hartlepool estate, making it a safer place to live.
The lights have been in place on most bungalows on the Burbank estate for a number of years, and have been successful in cutting crime and reducing the fear of crime among the elderly.
Now lights will be installed on the remaining bungalows on the estate - eight homes in St Catherine's Grove and three in Musgrave Walk, at a cost of £605.
