MORE than 100 of Cleveland's youngest citizens enjoyed a fun day and picnic accompanied by their teddy bears.
The pre-school youngsters are all part of the Playgroup Network Cleveland and they were joined by parents and helpers at Kirk-leatham Hall, near Redcar, for their annual fun day. Events included a bouncy castle, face-painting and a toy marquee.
The youngsters also got involved in sporting activities with a sponsored obstacle course, which also raised money for their individual play groups.
The deputy Mayor of Redcar and Cleveland, Councillor Vilma Collins, did not want to miss out on the fun either, as she went along to lend her support.
The Playgroup Network is a charity which offers advice and support to all pre-school organisations throughout the Cleveland area
