TWO young dogs are on the lookout for new homes.
The puppies are being cared for by the Darlington branch of the National Animal Sanctuaries Support League, which says they need owners with plenty of time and patience.
The two dogs in question are a five-month-old mongrel called Taz, and a ten-week-old German Shepherd bitch called Bonnie.
Pauline Wilson, of the Darlington branch of the animal charity, said: "The people that asked us to take them did not realise what they were taking on. Puppies are a huge commitment."
Anyone who would like to offer one of the dogs a home should contact (01325) 321855 or (07974) 300174.
