RESIDENTS are being given another chance to have their say on what could be done to improve safety for pedestrians and cut traffic delays on a busy Hartlepool road.
A public meeting is being held today to try and find a suitable scheme for King Oswy Drive.
The North Hartlepool Single Regeneration Budget Partnership and Hartlepool Borough Council are exploring ways of tackling concerns associated with the zebra crossing outside split-site Henry Smith school.
Derek Gouldburn, North Hartlepool Partnership manager, said: "I am sure that with the help of local residents, we can improve the situation without affecting the day-to-day operation of the school or increasing delays to vehicles."
The meeting will be held at Henry Smith School library, King Oswy Drive, at 6.15pm.
