AS PART of a recruitment drive for foster carers, Stockton social services' child placement team is holding a pop-in session.
The session, which takes place on Wednesday, between 11am and 2pm, at Stockton Town Hall, in High Street, will give people interested in fostering the chance to speak to social workers and foster carers.
Staff from the child placement team will be joined by people who have experience as foster carers to offer advice and answer questions.
Julie Booth, from the team, said: "We are looking to recruit foster carers from all walks of life to look after children of all ages."
Anyone interested in becoming a foster carer, but who cannot attend on Wednesday, should contact the child placement team on (01642) 397212.
