RESIDENTS are being urged to make their views known about any road safety concerns they may have.
A traffic management survey covering Ashgrove Avenue, Haswell Avenue, St Joan's Grove, St Margaret's Grove and parts of Windermere Road and Stockton Road, all Hartlepool, is being carried out after the issue of speeding vehicles was raised at the central neighbourhood forum last year.
Some 250 questionnaires have been sent to homes asking residents if there are problems in the area, and if so, what measures would improve the situation.
Peter Frost, from Hartlepool Borough Council's highways and transportation division said: "I would urge everyone who has received a questionnaire to return it by the deadline date, so that we are in no doubt what people want."
Questionnaires should be returned by Friday, July 28
