ONE of the largest displays of vintage transport in the North thrilled bumper crowds over the weekend.
Masham Steam Fair celebrated its 36th anniversary by parading a huge range of vintage steam engines and veteran cars in front of enthusiasts, who came from all over the country.
Seventeen-year-old Louise Welford was crowned the rally queen.
The former Bedale High School pupil arrived by steam engine to greet crowds at the rally field, before handing out the honours to the event's top exhibitors.
Daredevil stunt team Moto Stunts International kept spectators enthralled with their display, while musical entertainment, once again, was provided by the Dormanstown Delegates Juvenile Jazz Band.
