Marske won the toss and had no hesitation in putting Normanby Hall into bat on a pitch that is gaining a poor reputation.
Mike Burrows with a personal best contribution behind the stumps helped Stuart Mackay to a personal best bowling performance as Hall were bowled out for 109 in 46 overs.
Marske took few chances against former player Neil Russell, who finished with one wicket for 29 off 19.4 overs. Stewart Hutton (40) and Tim Hood(37) batted well to ensure a well earned eight-wicket win for the seasiders.
