A BUMPER turn-out is expected at Cleveland Show today.
Organisers are conservatively estimating that 15,000 visitors will converge on the Stewart Park showground, in Middlesbrough.
Entries are up in almost every show section and secretary Margaret Dale says there will be plenty to see and do in all the large marquees and main ring, to keep families entertained.
Almost every breed of horse and pony will be on show while the exhibition marquees will have cages of mice, poultry, rabbits, guinea pigs, pigeons, ferrets and pet rats - for the first time this year.
Health service staff will be promoting healthy living messages in an NHS marquee.
Admission prices are being pegged at £4 for adults and £2 for children and pensioners.
