YOUNGSTERS will express feelings about their home town at the end of a summer arts project.
Derwentside arts group, Busy Ape Arts, has started a three-week residency, working with 14 to 16-year-olds at the Burnside Resource Centre, South Stanley.
The youngsters are being encouraged to express feelings about their area through dramatic performance, photography, sculpture, movement and creative writing.
On Saturday, August 12, they will stage a public performance in Stanley Front Street and paint a large mural at the resource centre
