A NORTH-East software company is celebrating a hat-trick of orders adding up to a £500,000 boost for the firm.
JBA Automated Logistics (JAL), a specialist division of JBA North-East, has landed contracts supplying the company's sophisticated warehouse management solutions to M&S Toiletries, NGK Sparkplugs and Pinwise, the distribution arm for Joe Blogg Jeans.
The systems created by Durham-based company use radio frequency and barcode scanning technologies via hand held and fork-lift truck mounted terminals to provide interactive paperless warehouse solutions.
Mark Davis, sales and marketing director said: "These are significant additional contract wins for us.
"Using our product portfolio we were able to recommend systems for the three companies that would achieve significant cost improvements and efficiency gains."
JAL's current portfolio of clients includes Exel Logistics, One2One, Rexam, Dyson Appliances, Clarion and Fuji Xerox.
