TELEVSION favourite Robson Green has been back in his native North-East to wrap up filming his latest series, Close And True.
The 34-year-old Geordie has been shooting scenes for the six-part series in Newcastle after location filming in London and Malta.
Newcastle Crown Court and the Quayside area have been used as backdrops to the story of commercial lawyer John Close, who returns to his home city after a decade as a corporate lawyer to take over a rundown legal aid practice.
The series also features Sunderland-born James Bolam, one of TV's Likely Lads, as Close's mentor.
The drama, which will be shown on the ITV network, marks the third venture between United and Coastal, Green's own production company.
