A FATHER and son appeared before magistrates yesterday charged with the manslaughter of a man found dying in Newcastle.
Anthony James Tinnion, 36, and his 18-year-old son, also Anthony, are charged in connection with the death of Kevin Forman.
The pair, of Tantobie Road, Benwell, Newcastle, were bailed yesterday to appear before Newcastle Crown Court on September 13.
Mr Forman, 32, of Sceptre Place, Elswick, was found by police slumped outside a telephone kiosk in Newgate Street, Newcastle, on Sunday night.
Officers patrolling the city centre discovered Mr Forman and paramedics were called, but he later died.
