TELEVISION gardening presenters will be in Teesside next month to take part in a Homes, Garden and Leisure show at one of the area's hidden gems.
The show will take place in the grounds and gardens of Ormesby Hall on Saturday and Sunday September 16 and 17, and is being organised by the National Trust events team based at the hall.
Event organiser Pippa Holt said: "Following the success of the Spring Garden Show during May 1999, we are anticipating several thousand visitors who can obtain expert advice from the specialist growers while enjoying a visit to the hall and our wonderful gardens.
"But what we are really pleased about is having the Gardeners' Question Time Roadshow where the best advice around will be available!"
The show will also feature a live broadcast by BBC Radio Cleveland and other entertainment such as a large falconry display, garden tours by the hall's Gardener In Charge, tea rooms, licensed bar and live music.
Entrance costs £3.50 for adults, £1.70 for children, and £8.50 for a family ticket, and includes entrance to the house. National Trust members get in for free. Further information is available by calling Pippa on (01642) 324188.
