WORKERS at a Gateshead bakery are benefiting from being given free information about their company - thanks a young County Durham law graduate.
Graduate Florence Hunter, 22, from Durham, has devised a hand book setting out the firm's policies and procedures as part of her work experience at the Bakehouse Craft Bakery.
The 92 staff have also had their contracts of employment drawn up by Miss Hunter, who was placed at the firm as part of Sunderland University's Business Bridge.
Director of the bakery Sandra Wake said: "Florence has helped us fulfil a real need in our organisation."
Miss Hunter said: "This is excellent experience and great for my CV."
