Redcar's OK4 Young People's Centre is moving 160 yards to a new home.
The centre was on Millbank Terrace but is moving to the Coatham Memorial Museum this month, as Redcar and Cleveland Borough Council is selling its former premises.
The centre closed last week and will reopen at Coatham Hall, on Monday, September 11.
Anne John, who chairs the group's management committee, said: "The move will give us extra space to expand our services to young people aged 16 to 25. The management committee is very grateful to the council for its help in finding alternative accommodation."
OK4 was started in 1992 and averages more than 4,000 contacts with young people every year. It provides facilities including advice on housing, budgeting, and help with employment, as well as a drop-in facility where young people can buy refreshments at cost price, play pool, listen to music and use cooking facilities
