A TEENAGER from East Durham has been taken to hospital after being stabbed in the stomach.
The victim was left with a stomach wound after being stabbed with a small knife during the incident in West View, Murton.
He was taken by ambulance to Sunderland Royal Infirmary for treatment, but his injury was not thought to be serious.
Two boys, aged 18 and 17, and a 17-year-old girl were arrested in connection with the incident that occurred at about 11pm on Thursday. They were last night being held for questioning.
