CRAFTSMEN and women from all over the North-East will be selling hand-made wares in a north County Durham village this month.
Great Lumley Community Centre, near Chester-le-Street, will hold a craft fair with 35 stalls on Sunday, September 17.
The fair will be open from 10am to 4pm and forms part of Great Lumley's millennium celebrations.
The previous day will see a full programme of events on the village green, including a wheelbarrow race, football shoot, family ceilidh and prize presentations for school art.
The theme of the weekend is Great Lumley Old and New, and proceedings will be drawn to a close with a Sunday service on the green.
