Former Coronation Street heart-throb Phil Middlemas will be in the region next week to open a shop.
The actor, who is starring in ITV's Where the Heart Is, will cut the ribbon at the refurbished Littlewoods and Index store in Stockton at 10am on Thursday.
He will also draw the winners in a free prize draw raffle.
