THE future of Richmond's former central kitchen building, now used as an antiques shop, will be discussed by councillors next week.
The building, in Nun's Close car park, has been leased for several years to the antiques business, but the proprietor is leaving.
A report to the economic, cultural and leisure committee said the shop generated complaints from some neighbours about parking, storage of goods outside and advertising signs.
The committee is urged to authorise a full condition and structural survey and re-let it on a short-term licence until a further report outlines the range of potential users
