YOUNGSTERS with an appetite for nature are being urged to sign up for a story-telling walk.
The autumn ramble - which takes place at Lingfield Farm, in Coulby Newham, near Middlesbrough, from 1.30pm to 4pm, on Saturday, September 30 - will be led by the storyteller, who will guide families around the site.
Participants will also have the chance to plant a tree seed, which they can nurture for years to come. Event organiser Tansee Cartwright said: "We wanted to organise something to get across a simple environmental message about the importance of seeds and berries and their relationship to local wildlife."
