A collection of sporting prints and memorabilia has been donated for an exhibition at an auction centre.
The Mezzanine Gallery at Tennants, in Leyburn, North Yorkshire, will be hung with an exhibition of oil paintings, watercolours, prints and bronzes from the British Sporting Art Trust.
The trust was founded in 1977 to ensure the formation and display of a representative collection of British sporting art at the Vestey Gallery in Newmarket.
The Tennants exhibition, which captures the varied emotions of a range of sports, opened yesterday and closes on Saturday.
Admission is free and a list of the exhibits is available to visitors.
