PEOPLE interested in the heritage of the Redcar area are invited to attend a series of talks, which get under way from Monday.
The talks are being organised by the Tees Valley Wildlidfe Trust and will cover subjects such as the military, medieval, maritime and industrial history of the South Gare and Coatham areas of the town.
There will also be short presentations about the wildlife of the area and how local people can become involved in doing something positive for the environment.
